Absalon Hotel

The Absalon Hotel is located in the heart of Vesterbro in central Copenhagen. The hotel was founded 80 years ago by the grandparents of the current managing director. It re-launched in mid-2015 following a complete refurbishment which included the conservation of the stunning exterior classical architecture which dominates this part of the street. The hotel is home to 161 suites and bedrooms and plays a large role in bringing local Copenhageners together with visitors to this city. The bold designs including wallpapers and fabrics at the hotel are by the UK's Designers Guild. The Absalon Hotel is home to a bar and courtyard and offers guests "Velorbis" bikes to rent to further explore. The hotel also offers a CONCEPT24 package.

Andersen Hotel

Copenhagen - Denmark

The award-winning Andersen Hotel is home to 69 bedrooms and suites in the heart of Vesterbro. The hotel was refurbished in 2017 and completely updated. The Andersen Hotel offers a CONCEPT24 package which allows a late departure at no extra cost, when booked directly and in advance, meaning the guest keeps the room for 24 hours, no matter what the time of arrival. Join fellow guests at 5pm each day for 'Wine Hour'. The Andersen Hotel feature extensive designs from the Designers Guild. Bodysgallen Hall

Bodysgallen Hall enjoys a privileged location in North Wales with spectacular views of Snowdonia. Bodysgallen Hall is a Grade I listed house which was built mainly in the 17th century and today features a total of 31 spacious bedrooms split between the house and cottage suites. Each of the bedrooms has been individually furnished in a traditional style and decorated with antique furniture and works of art enjoying glorious views over Bodysgallen’s 200 acres of parkland and gardens. Several cottage suites benefit from their very own private gardens. Beautifully housed within a converted stone farmhouse in the award-winning historic grounds, the Bodysgallen Spa facilities include a large indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna and gym. There is a tranquil relaxation room and sun terrace for warmer days. The restaurant at Bodysgallen overlooks the stunning gardens and has been awarded three AA Rosettes for fifteen consecutive years.

Fez Cooking School

Fez - Morocco

Fez continues to shine as Morocco's foodie destination. The medina, located inside the ancient walled part of the city is Africa's largest and its alleys are filled with food stalls, pop up counters, established shops selling spices and new fusion restaurants. The Fez Cooking School offers visitors to Fez a unique insight into this magical city combining a foodie tour of the medina followed by a cookery class, all in a new purpose built cookery school on Palais Amani's roof terrace.
Private and group workshops are available and offer a wonderful hands-on experience including time in the medina and then cooking. The guest selects their desired recipes or the Fez Cooking School suggest a selection of Fassi, Moroccan or Sephardic dishes.

Hartwell House

Hartwell House is a Grade I listed property standing in over 90 acres of gardens and parkland. Hartwell House is situated just 40 miles north west of London in Buckinghamshire and is home to 48 bedrooms and suites. All have been individually designed in a traditional country house style, each with antiques and fine paintings. Hartwell House's most famous resident was Louis XVIII, exiled King of France. In 1938 the house and estate were acquired by Ernest Cook, an early hero of the conservation movement. The main Dining Room has been designed in the style of the eminent early 19th century architect, Sir John Soane. The restaurant has been awarded two AA Rosettes. Hartwell Spa resides in the grounds with a mosaic-lined indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room, gym and Hartwell Café.

Jardin des Douars

Essaouira - Morocco

Jardin des Douars is the leading hotel in Essaouira and it is totally unique.
